As a Social Bartender at Lapoint, you’re not just mixing drinks — you’re mixing people, stories, and stoke. You’ll be one of the faces of our evening vibe, creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere where guests connect, laugh, and make memories that last long after the surfboards are packed away.
Your role blends hospitality, creativity, and community. You’ll craft quality cocktails, keep the bar area buzzing with good energy, and play an active role in social events and camp life.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and serve drinks and cocktails with skill and style
Engage with guests to create a welcoming, social atmosphere
Promote and participate in weekly activities and events
Collaborate with the Social Host Team to enhance guest experience
Support with bookings for restaurants and venues, and join when needed!
Keep the bar and common areas tidy, organized, and inviting
Contribute to the overall positive vibe and team spirit at the camp
Your Profile

Comfortable speaking English (Spanish is a big plus)

Camp manager
Lapoint Los Clavos, Nicaragua: start date 08.12.2025 - 6 months to 1 year
The Camp Manager plays a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our Lapoint camps. You’ll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high standards across all areas of the camp, and ensuring every guest enjoys the surf holiday of their dreams — from booking confirmation to their final wave goodbye.
This is a dynamic and hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organization, and a passion for people, surf, and community.
Key Responsibilities
Make sure our guests have the time of their lives 🌴
Take care of our incredible staff and foster a positive, supportive team culture
Monitor and report financial results to the Operations Team
Manage bookings, guest enquiries, and any ad-hoc challenges at the camp
Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on the weekly schedule — including surf lessons, activities, and meals
Supervise daily meals prepared by our kitchen team (buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Oversee maintenance and ensure the camp runs smoothly throughout the season
Work towards goals set by the Operations Team and implement new initiatives and best practices
Strengthen relationships with the local community, partners, and guests from around the world
Your Profile

Late twenties (or a similar level of life experience)
Experience in customer service, tourism, and/or sales
Proven staff management or team leadership experience
University degree
Fluent in English
Confident using spreadsheets and Google Docs
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Positive, outgoing, and solution-oriented personality
Valid driver’s license
Passion for surfing and the Lapoint lifestyle 🌊
Spanish language skills are required for Costa Rica and Nicaragua

Assistant manager
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Lapoint Alentejo, Portugal: start date 01.03.2026-29.11.2026
As the Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our beautiful surf camp in Alentejo. You’ll coordinate logistics, communication, and guest experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment our guests arrive until they (reluctantly) head home.
Working closely with the Camp Manager, you’ll help lead the team, manage schedules and systems, and support every aspect of camp life. From financial reporting and transfers to surf coordination and guest happiness, your job is to keep the flow seamless and the vibe on point.
This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about people, surf, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Camp Manager in daily operations and team coordination
Manage guest lists, room plans, and transfer schedules
Coordinate surf lesson levels, check-ins, and weekly timetables
Act as the main point of contact for guests before and during their stay
Handle emails, bookings, and inquiries with care and professionalism
Monitor daily payments and prepare weekly financial reports
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of seasonal staff
Support communication between departments (surf, kitchen, logistics, social)
Ensure guest satisfaction through attention, flexibility, and quick problem-solving
Maintain and strengthen relationships with local partners and suppliers
Your Profile

Late twenties (or a similar level of maturity and experience)
Background in hospitality, travel, or customer service (Lapoint alumni = big plus!)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Tech-savvy — experience with Travelize is a bonus
Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
Valid manual driver’s license
Enjoys working with people in a fun, international environment

Our Social Hosts are the heartbeat of the Lapoint experience, the ones spreading stoke, good vibes, and that unique “home away from home” feeling our guests remember long after they leave.
As a Social Host, you’ll make sure every guest feels included, looked after, and part of the Lapoint family. Your days will be filled with everything from mellow beach hangs and group dinners to sunset parties, surf sessions, and spontaneous adventures. You’ll also play an important part in keeping camp life running smoothly with a hands-on attitude, helping with meals, organization, and weekly tasks.
It’s a big job, but if you’re the right person, it won’t feel like “work” at all.
Your Responsibilities
Socialize and connect with guests to create an open, friendly atmosphere
Help organize, promote, and join in on weekly activities and events
Support bookings of restaurants and other venues for group outings — and join when needed
Keep the camp tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
Assist with meal preparation and light cleaning
Carry out weekly follow-up tasks as instructed by the Camp Manager

We’re looking for a Social Yogi to join our vibrant Lapoint community and bring balance, energy, and positive vibes to camp life.
As a Social Yogi, you’ll lead inspiring yoga sessions each week while also being an active part of the guest experience, socializing, supporting camp activities, and making sure everyone leaves feeling lighter, happier, and maybe a little more flexible than when they arrived.
It’s a big role, but if you’re the right person, it won’t feel like “work” at all, just a mix of good energy, ocean air, and meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and teach a set number of yoga sessions per week.
Socialize and engage with guests to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere
Help organize, promote, and join activities and social events at the camp
Support with bookings of restaurants and weekly outings and attend when needed
Assist during mealtimes to keep service flowing smoothly
Keep camp areas tidy, organized, and welcoming
Carry out weekly follow-up tasks assigned by the Camp Manager
